Saladworks selects POS system as its omnichannel digital platform

Saladworks, the nation's largest fresh-tossed salad franchise concept, has chosen Dovetail Systems Inc.'s Gusto POS system as its omnichannel digital platform, according to a press release.

The system is designed to provide a cross platform customer engagement solution, leveraging a unified online and mobile ordering, in-store kiosk and traditional POS platform.

Saladworks, as previously reported, is currently rolling out a systemwide store redesign, leveraging a refresh of its technology stack to establish a unified brand presence across every order channel. The refresh is designed to enable both franchisees and the corporate brand to collect, analyze and make actionable decisions based on real data.

"As we examined every aspect of technology at our locations, we knew that we needed to have a uniform option to benefit both our franchisees and guests," Saladworks CEO Patrick Sugrue said in the release. "We reviewed many potential solutions, but we selected Dovetail's Gusto system because we felt that it was the best option to meet our needs."

The partnership provides a POS solution and content management system for its kiosk, online, mobile and third party online ordering channels.
