Smalls Sliders signs 3-unit Northwest Indiana expansion deal

Keystone previously signed a five-unit development agreement in late 2025 to bring Smalls Sliders to Louisville, Kentucky.

"Having an experienced group choose to expand its commitment to Smalls Sliders speaks volumes about both the strength of our model and the relationships we're building with our operators," Smalls Sliders chief development officer Ryan Crumley said in a press release.

The company is seeking additional real estate opportunities and franchise operators to support its continued growth.
