Fast-casual concepts attract the Washington lunch crowd

WashingtonPost: The Washington D.C. lunch crowd is patronizing fast-casual concepts more frequently than other concepts. They're eating at Cosi, Potbelly, Corner Bakery, Au Bon Pain, Panera Bread and Noodles & Company in the suburbs. Then there are the burrito-heavy menus of Chipotle and Baja Fresh, both of which have outposts within five or six blocks of Abood's table.
