bd’s Mongolian Grill’s iPhone App puts guests in control of meals

bd's Mongolian Grill, a concept that allows guests to create their own stir-fry meals, is now bringing that experience to the iPhone, iTouch or iPad with the "GoMongo" app.

The app's Create-A-Bowl option allows customers to create their meals before arriving to the restaurant and includes nutritional information. The app also enables guests to name and share their combinations with other users and offers promotions.

"We had our fans in mind when we developed the app. They come to bd's to keep control of their dining experience, to find fresh and flavorful fare and a restaurant vibe unlike any other," said Denise Head, vice president of marketing at bd's Mongolian Grill.
