NRA show tops 74,000 attendees

CHICAGO —The National Restaurant Association's 2007 Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show completed a record-breaking, four-day run at McCormick Place in Chicago May 22.
The event drew nearly 74,000 attendees from all 50 states and 110 countries looking for products and services from the record breaking 2,142exhibitors in 608,000 square feet of exhibits.
In addition, this year's exhibitors donated more than 112,000 pounds of food, the equivalent of nearly 85,000 meals to the Greater Chicago Food Depository, making it one of the food bank's largest, single day collections.
The 2008 NRA Show will be held at McCormick Place in Chicago, May 17-20.
