Tokyo-based I'm donut ? has launched its first-ever delivery service, allowing New York City customers to order donuts and drinks from the brand's Times Square location.
Delivery began Oct. 5 through Uber Eats and DoorDash.
The brand's U.S. flagship, which opened in April 2025 at 154 W. 45th St., serves up "nama" donuts, soft, fresh pastries that have attracted long lines in Japan and New York. The delivery menu includes signature offerings such as Original, Matcha and Chocolate, along with vegan, savory and specialty donuts.
Customers also can order beverages including matcha and hojicha drinks, salted maple hojicha lattes, hot chocolate and lemonade. Online-only options include a six-donut box, a limited-edition Treat Yourself Box and lunch combos featuring either a NY BLT or Chicken Ginger Teriyaki donut with a beverage.
Founded by Chef Ryouta Hirako, I'm donut ? opened its first location in Tokyo in 2022. The brand has 11 locations in Japan and international locations in New York, Seoul, Taipei and Malaysia, with an Indonesia location planned.
