Bridg announced a new customer relationship management solution, which combines disparate customer data silos, according to a release. Bridg Enhanced CRM compiles POS, email, online ordering, loyalty and other venues to produce a high-view of a restaurant's customers.
The technology's three main components are the aggregation of detached data, integrations, and data science, according to a release.
"Restaurant brands today have found themselves with a growing number of separate customer databases," said Amit Jain, founder and chief executive officer of Bridg. "They are typically disconnected and each containing a small, varying portion of information. Until now, a unified and complete view of the restaurant guest has been missing. Bridg's new CRM solution drives comp growth by identifying individual buying patterns of audience segments—the results are immediate, measurable and cost-effective."
