Amazon Restaurants, Olo partner for seamless customer ordering experience

Amazon Restaurants is teaming up with restaurant digital ordering provider,Olo, to integrate Olo clients into the Amazon marketplace.

 

The effort will enable thousands of Olo customers to list menus on the Amazon Restaurants marketplace and receive orders directly into their existing POS systems — without having to install multiple tablets or order intake systems, according to a press release.

 

Olo services a network of 40,000 locations representing 200 national and regional brands, and is used by over 60 million consumers nationwide. Restaurant clients include Shake Shack (SHAK), Denny's (DENN), Red Robin (RRGB), Chili's (EAT), Wingstop (WING) and sweetgreen, to name just a few.

"Amazon's obsession with providing great customer and restaurant experience supports the evolving expectations and behaviors of today's consumer. We're excited to connect more of Olo's restaurant brands with Amazon Restaurants."

 

Amazon Restaurants Manager Guz Lopez added, "We are excited to leverage Olo's digital ordering technology and continue rapidly growing our network of restaurants to give Amazon Prime members more options for fast delivery from their favorite brands," he said in the release. "This integration will enable Amazon Restaurants to on-board new restaurants with ease, as well as quickly add more new choices and delivery options for customers."
