Star Micronics, Operandio partner for digital food safety labeling

Star Micronics, a global provider of point-of-sale hardware and printing solutions, integrated with Operandio, an AI-powered operations platform for franchise and multi-unit restaurants, according to a press release.

The compact mC-Label2 features a front-loading, front-exit design for space-constrained prep stations. The mC-Label3 supports label widths up to 3 inches. Both printers support linerless and die-cut media and feature tool-free maintenance.

"Restaurants also need a dependable way to turn those digital workflows into clear, accurate labels at the point of preparation. That's where our mC-Label printers help complete the process."

Operandio's broader platform also digitizes standard operating procedures, inspections, equipment management and employee training to help operators maintain compliance across franchise networks.
