Doughnut-and-kolache brand Shipley Do-Nutsreported a strong first quarter, driven by menu innovation, leadership additions and continued expansion.
The company said it bolstered its c-suite with several hires:
"Coming off a record-breaking 2025, our Q1 investments to strengthen our leadership team have positioned us to better serve our guests and support our growing franchise system as the brand continues to evolve," CEO Flynn Dekker said in a press release.
The Houston-based company introduced new items on the menu during the quarter, including Kolache Dippers and its first dipping sauce, Rowdy Ranch.
Shipley opened four stores, including its first location in El Paso, Texas. The company expects to open 25 additional units through the remainder of the year across new and existing markets.
The brand operates more than 390 franchise and corporate-owned locations across 13 states and is seeking qualified operators for expansion in the South, Southeast and Midwest.
