Artisanal ice cream brand Salt & Straw is launching "Salt & Straw Rewards," a nationwide loyalty program focused on exclusive access, community experiences and digital personalization.
Available through the brand's mobile app and across all brick-and-mortar scoop shops, the program marks Salt & Straw's first formal foray into customer loyalty after more than a decade in business.
The rewards structure allows members to earn 10 "Spoons" for every $1 spent by scanning the app or entering a phone number at checkout. Rather than relying solely on transactional discounts, the program emphasizes insider perks, including:

The national launch follows a soft rollout in May that generated more than 100,000 founding members. Customers who sign up during the first 30 days of the official launch will receive a complimentary double scoop offer.
