Paytronix Systems Inc. has rolled out its a rewards hub to its customer engagement platform, Access Identity, part of the company's Guest Engagement Suite.
Designed to give restaurant marketers more control over promotions, offers and program changes, thephased rollout began April 27.
"The Rewards Hub gives marketers instant control to create rewards, adjust earnings ratios and launch promotions in real time," Rachel Goldberg, principal lead product manager of Paytronix, said in a press release "Brands can create different reward structures during slow periods, capitalize on trending menu items immediately and respond to competitor moves within hours instead of days."
The updated interface includes a dashboard with real-time performance data, including visit frequency, transaction value and customer spend. The information helps improve decision-making, allowing marketers to evaluate how well (or not) promotions are performing.
Paytronix, headquartered in Newton, Massachusetts, said updates will continue through 2026, with additional features including expanded tools for managing loyalty tiers, clubs and point multipliers anticipated for rollout later this year.
