How Jason's Deli boosted e-gift sales by 50%

Jason's Deli has reported a nearly 50 percent increase in egift sales since moving its platform to Paytronix, according to a press release. 

Last year, the fast casual chain based in Texas switched gift card providers with a goal of transforming its plastic and virtual offerings to strategic marketing vehicles. The company sought a partner to deliver integrations to third-party program providers, Incomm and Blackhawk, as well as online ordering provider Order Talk, and to execute cross-channel settlements with franchisees. 

Sincne transitioning to the new system, Jason's Deli has:

  • 24/7 support services for both Jason's corporate executives as well as the franchisees and deli managers.
  • A full range of reports to support marketing, finance and franchisees.
  • An ecard channel hosted by Paytronix that grown almost 50 percent in the last 12 months. 
  • Decentralized money movement facilitates monthly reconciliation with franchisees, allowing them to hold onto cash from gift card sales until the card is redeemed.
