Before founding Homegrown, Michael held senior roles at Ally.io, helping scale the company through its acquisition by Microsoft, where he then continued to lead growth and incubation initiatives. Earlier in his career, Michael spent eight years at Deloitte Consulting, including two years supporting the CEO’s office, where he advised Fortune 500 leaders across various industries on growth and transformation initiatives. Michael currently serves as a Venture Partner at Overline and is on the board of Bucknell University's School of Management. He lives in Atlanta with his family.
