Cava is tapping into Mediterranean heritage this fall with the debut of a Greek Goddess lineup across its nationwide fast-casual footprint, headlined by an all-new Greek Goddess dressing and a seasonal Pomegranate Apple house beverage.
The brand will mark the launch on Oct. 15 with an interactive consumer activation in New York City's Madison Square Park, featuring a statue-inspired Greek Goddess installation alongside menu sampling.
The dressing — a Mediterranean-inspired twist on traditional green goddess — blends Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, herbs and spices. The flavor profile builds on Cava's retail Greek Goddess dip sold in grocery stores, adapted specifically for the restaurant chain's bowls, pitas and salads.
"Our menu is inspired by the Mediterranean tradition of bringing together bold flavors, vibrant ingredients and food that makes you feel good. That balance can feel almost mythical, but it's simply the Mediterranean way," Ted Xenohristos, co-founder and chief concept officer of Cava, said in a company press release. "Our new Greek Goddess dressing puts a fresh spin on flavors rooted in our heritage and gives guests another way to enjoy the ingredients they already know and love."
