Ziggi's Coffee has named Stacey Pool as its new chief growth officer, a newly created leadership role based at the company's headquarters in Mead, Colorado.
The appointment comes as Ziggi's marks 10 years of franchising in 2026. The brand has 120 locations open and more than 200 in development, and company leaders said Pool will help build on that momentum as the chain enters its next phase of growth.
Pool will lead the strategy behind Ziggi's continued expansion, identifying growth opportunities and developing a long-term roadmap for the brand. Her responsibilities include accelerating unit growth and new-market expansion while working to strengthen profitability across the system. Marketing, brand development and guest loyalty — areas where Pool has spent much of her career — will factor into that broader growth strategy.
"Stacey brings a rare mix of franchise experience and brand-building expertise, and she'll play a critical role in shaping the long-term growth strategy that takes Ziggi's into its next phase," Brandon Knudsen, co-founder and CEO of Ziggi's Coffee, said in a statement. "Beyond marketing, she understands what it takes to build the systems and strategy that help our brand, and our franchisees, grow together."
Pool joins Ziggi's from FullSpeed Automotive, a franchise system with more than 900 locations, where she served as chief marketing officer overseeing marketing strategy across the network. Before that, she spent four years as chief marketing officer at Noodles & Company, where she worked on guest loyalty and brand growth initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Pool was senior vice president of corporate marketing at Vail Resorts, where she helped build the Epic Pass into one of the country's most recognized loyalty programs. She also held digital marketing leadership roles at Nike.
"The founders have built something special — a differentiated brand, a loyal guest base and a strong franchise foundation," Pool said. "My focus is on building on that momentum to drive the next phase of growth: scaling the system thoughtfully, strengthening franchisee profitability and deepening the connection guests have with Ziggi's every day."
Pool is already working with Ziggi's leadership team to shape the brand's growth strategy going forward.
Ziggi's Coffee was founded in Colorado in 2004 by husband-and-wife team Brandon and Camrin Knudsen. The company's menu includes coffee, Dirty Sodas, energy infusions and food. Ziggi's operates 120 locations across 25 states, with more than 200 additional locations in development, and has been recognized on Entrepreneur magazine's Franchise 500 and the Inc. 5000 list.
