"Some people told us two pounds was insane. We said 'hold my queso' and built it anyway."

The burrito is available for dine-in, carryout, online ordering and third-party delivery across the chain's locations.

Founded in 1995 in Winter Park, Florida, Tijuana Flats operates nearly 100 corporate and franchised locations across Florida, Alabama, North Carolina and Kentucky. The fast-casual chain is part of Latitude Food Group.
