Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café will debut in North Carolina with a Cary restaurant, expanding the Houston-based fast casual brand's presence in the Southeast. The location, at 1 Fenton Main St., Suite 190, in the Fenton development, is expected to open in mid-to-late August, with a grand opening celebration planned for September.
The menu features sweet and savory crêpes, breakfast plates, croffles, waffles, bowls, salads, paninis and beverages including lattes, matchas, mimosas and the brand's signature Spritz à Paris.
Sweet Paris partnered with Virentes Hospitality in late 2024 to expand throughout the Southeast, including Florida, North Carolina and Tennessee. The Cary restaurant will be operated by Virentes Hospitality, led by franchisee and CEO James D'Aquila.
Sweet Paris has expanded to more than 50 locations nationwide, with additional restaurants under development.
