Speedline Solutions is debuting a menu management system to help chains create and release a consistent menu for all locations as well as ConnectService, which streamlines online orders and allows ordering when the POS software is not running, according to a press release.
"Many of our chain clients already use the enterprise menu management and distribution capabilities built into SpeedLine point of sale," Marketing Manager Jennifer Wiebe said in the release. "But even with a master menu in place, small variations in availability, pricing — even small differences in soda flavors between regions or locations — sometimes made it necessary for a chain to manage a set of menus," she added. "This new release is a huge step forward in time savings and menu consistency across the brand."
The software lets operators manage all menus in a single file and make system-wide changes and updates, according to the release.
