Rock N Roll Sushi will open Nov. 2 at 4740 Nelson Road in Lake Charles, Louisiana. The Mobile, Alabama-based chain's 81st location nationwide will be its third in Louisiana.

The opening will begin with a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Greater Lake Charles Chamber of Commerce. Details of a larger celebration will be announced later.

"Food is such a big part of how people connect in Louisiana, and Lake Charles has a rich culinary heritage shaped by Cajun and Creole traditions," franchise owner Christie Poole said in a press release.

Poole said the restaurant will offer another dining option with menu items including the VIP Roll and Punk Rock Roll, specialty cocktails and rock 'n' roll music.
