Soulman's Bar-B-Que can now be enjoyed anywhere in the U.S., according to a press release. The concept announced a delivery service on its website and will ship St. Louis-style pork ribs, brisket, hot links and sausage, along with a bottle of Soulman's barbecue sauce.
"We have been proud to bring new programs, dishes and initiatives to our customers near and far," Brett Randle, CEO at Soulman’s Bar-B-Que, said in the release. "Between our new menu items, such as the Soul Bowl, limited time offers like the Boss Hog and Frontier Fries, and this year's launch into franchising and nationwide shipping, it has been an exciting time for the company and our fans."
One of the concept's biggest fans is excited about the new service, according to the release. General Motors driver, John Journell, said he went to eat at a Soulman's in Arlington,Texas more than 500 times. But, when he retired, he couldn't make the 950-mile trip to one of the chain's 15 locations from his residence in Ohio.
"I’ve been telling Brett for years that they would make a lot of folks really happy if Soulman’s was available for delivery across the U.S.," Journell said. "After my retirement in 2004, I was only able to go back once, and that was to bring my wife to experience the one-of-a-kind taste of Soulman’s Bar-B-Que."
