Scooter's Coffee has overhauled its digital ordering system, migrating its mobile app and more than 900 drive-thru locations onto Olo's software platform in under 90 days.
Under the partnership, Olo powers the backend of Scooter's mobile app through its "ordering" system and drives the chain's first marketplace delivery channel via its "Rails" product across participating locations nationwide.
The drive-thru coffee chain selected Olo for menu content management, point-of-sale integrations and system reliability across its franchise network.
"Watching Olo stand up our full menu, every modifier, quickly and seamlessly is exactly what a partnership looks like," Tyler Marpes, vice president of technology at Scooter's Coffee, said in a press release.
Olo completed the initial delivery rollout in June before finalizing the complete mobile app migration in September, converting existing users within a week of launch.
"Scooter's built a brand on being amazingly fast, and delivering that standard at 900-plus locations takes technology that doesn't disrupt operations or the guest experience," Noah Glass, Olo founder and CEO, said in the release.
Founded in 1998, Scooter's Coffee operates drive-thru locations across 32 states. New York-based Olo provides digital commerce infrastructure for approximately 800 restaurant brands spanning 90,000 locations.
