Rumbi Island Grill opens in Arizona

AZcentral.com: A fast-casual restaurant that offers South Pacific, Caribbean and island food is preparing to debut its first Southeast Valley location in Mesa, Ariz. Utah-based Rumbi Island Grill will open in mid-May. The restaurant will offer rice bowls, salads, sandwiches and entrees, all cooked to order, in a setting that features tropical decor and music.
