Reinstein brothers push Fresh City

BostonBiz Journal: The basic ingredients are the same, but brothers Larry Reinstein and Bruce Reinstein are following a different recipe in building their latest restaurant brand.

While their previous outing, Souper Salad -- which was started by their father, David Reinstein, in 1976 -- is still going strong with $8 million in sales, the brothers have a different aspiration for their sophomore effort, 9-year-old Fresh City: They want to take the concept national.
