Port City Java same-store sales rise 12% in Feb.

WILMINGTON, N.C.—Port City Java Coffeehouse Cafes announced its comparable same-store corporate sales for Feb. increased 12.2 percent. According to a news release, February marks the 12th consecutive month the corporate units have produced double digit comps increases.
The company credited the continued growth to enhanced operations, training, products, marketing endeavors and the acceptance of its Fairganics Program. The company said same-unit sales are a key indicator for unit performance and indicate acceptance and market penetration for the brand.
