Nick the Greek surpassed 100 restaurants during the first half of 2026, fueled by eight openings, 18.2% year-over-year same-store sales growth and a 14.8% increase in transactions. The San Diego-based fast-casual brand will continue its expansion strategy for the remainder of this year, with new locations planned in Reno, Nevada; Tyler, Texas; and Oakland, California.
Nick the Greek has nearly doubled its footprint since 2023 and now operates restaurants across eight states: Arizona, California, Kansas, Missouri, Nevada, Tennessee, Texas and Utah.
The brand also expanded its menu with new offerings, including Halloumi Fries, Spanakopita and Pistachio Cream Greek Donuts.
