September 23, 2014

Lavu Inc. announced plans to develop solutions and support specifically for European markets. Lavu is also stepping up training and adding new bilingual regional specialists.

"We already have hundreds of Lavu customers in Europe and have had a strong presence there for years," said Ben Harrison, SVP of Marketing, in a news release. "What has improved, however, is our ability to provide hands-on personalized support from well-trained specialists familiar with the needs and requirements of business owners operating in these countries. Bilingual Lavu representatives can provide translated documentation and support -- which makes Lavu iPad POS an option for Non-English speaking entrepreneurs in European hospitality industries."

Lavu is also adding new specialists and training them.

"Whether the new Specialist resides in our hometown of Albuquerque here in the USA or in a country in Europe, training involves traveling to Lavu HQ for an extensive 2-day hands-on session," said Nate Miller, Specialist Trainer. "New Specialists learn about how to setup a complete Lavu system for a variety of business types including Quickserve Layout for coffee shops, Open Tab Layout for pubs and nightclubs, and Table Layout with complete with tableside ordering for fine dining establishments."

Lavu is integrating Bluetooth printers and USB card readers that will accommodate Chip and PIN for Lavu's European customers.
