Jersey Mike's offering all-digital customer experience

Jersey Mike's Subs is taking its rewards program digital, inviting customers to create a single online Jersey Mike's account, linking their Shore Point Rewards, online ordering, email club, texting and mobile app login, according to a company press release.

New or existing customers who create a combined profile by June 30 will receive 72 points, the equivalent of a free regular sub, said Rich Hope, Jersey Mike's chief marketing officer.

"Over the years, we developed a number of digital programs to provide our customers with great deals and updates," he said. "Our new website now gives us the ability to combine these accounts, which is really the best way to ensure customers receive all of the digital rewards Jersey Mike's offers."

Through the new system, Jersey Mike's customers will earn points towards free subs, get offers via text and email, and even enjoy a free sub on their birthday. 

Once signed up, the easiest way to access the combined account is through Jersey Mike's new app available for iPhones and Androids. Through the app, customers can enjoy streamlined mobile ordering with new features like storing favorites for fast reordering, Hope said. They can also locate their closest store, get directions, check their Shore Points balance and give instant feedback by submitting a mobile comment card. 

Jersey Mike's is also now accepting Apple Pay at all its locations.
