Illegal Burger beefs up online, mobile ordering

Dec. 7, 2017

Illegal Burger customers can now place delivery and pick-up orders via the restaurant's online ordering system, powered by ChowNow. The mobile-friendly service allows users to create orders via the Illegal Burger app on their mobile devices, desktops or via Facebook, Yelp or Google, owner James Nixon said in a company press release.

"With the new Illegal Burger app, ordering with us has never been easier or more accessible," said. "Simply open the app, browse our menu, and select your burger,” he said.  "It's that simple."

Nixon said he chose ChowNow because the online ordering and marketing platform gives him control of his mobile and web ordering process, meaning that instead of going to ChowNow to order, customers go through Illegal Burger sites or apps.

"Not only is mobile ordering something that guests have come to expect, with a service like ChowNow, it's also something we can use to improve operational efficiencies, boost brand awareness, and ultimately, drive revenue," Nixon said.

Illegal Burger has four units in Arvada, Evergreen and Denver, Colorado.
