I Dream of Falafel has announced the launch of a cooking class with executive chef Henry Nuguid that will focus on Mediterranean and Middle Eastern-inspired cuisine. The class is being held at the restaurant's Clinton, Ill., location and is $15 per person.
The series begins July 21 and guests who register will learn how to recreate several I Dream of Falafel menu items such as grilled chicken kabobs along with Mediterranean couscous and Jerusalem salad. Participants will be treated to a lunch following the cooking class.
