GRILLiT names new CEO

GRILLiT’s Ghazi Hajj has resigned as CEO and has been replaced by Henry L. Klein, according to a company press release. Klein will officially be introduced at a special meeting of shareholders Sept. 28 at the Ritz-Carlton in New Orleans.

Klein will bring his imagination and vision to GRLT as the new CEO, according to the release, which noted his extensive legal career has spanned the U.S. and most aspects of the law, including anti-trust, banking, commercial, copyright, intellectual property, patent, securities and trade regulation law.

Klein, who brought at least $900,000 equity to the company when he assumed the position of CEO, has executed letters of intent for new restaurants that will feature an espresso component and will have a new façade, making the GRILLiT restaurant and bar concept instantly recognizable, according to the release.
