GDK launches pink kebabs

GDK launches pink kebabsprovided

German Doner Kebab is going pink with the launch of Coco & Kiki kebabs. Served in fluffy pink coconut-infused waffle bread, the kebabs come in two different sizes (Coco and Kiki) and have doner meats, lettuce, tomato, onion and red cabbage.

As part of the launch, the brand has created a limited-edition Coco & Kiki fashion collection, designed by Dresscodenation, which has been worn and signed by its music ambassadors, including up-and-coming musicians Tion Wayne, Ivorian Doll, Bryn, Nadia Rose and Stefflon Don.

"We're excited to finally introduce the Coco & Kiki kebabs to our list of game-changing products and give our customers something disruptive and deliciously unexpected," Daniel Bunce, GDK Global COO, said in a company press release. "At GDK we are known for our expectation-defying kebabs and the new Coco & Kiki kebabs demonstrates our disruptive spirit through food, fashion and unique collaborations with some of the UK's hottest up-and-coming music artists."

Scotland-based GDK now has over 100 restaurants in the U.K. as well as locations in continental Europe, the Middle East, the U.S., Canada and Ireland.
