Fazoli's implements new catering and delivery strategies

Fazoli's is expanding its catering technology through The Catering Institute and MonkeyMedia Software, according a company press release, in hopes of both expanding the chain's catering services and improving its online ordering software.

As part of the agreement, The Catering Institute team is working with Fazoli's leadership on the company's strategy for take-out, delivery and catering.
