Entrepreneur opens new PanAsian concept

MSNBC: Dennis Cleary leans back in a chair and kicks his feet onto a small end table. He appears relaxed for someone clawing through permitting issues and menu designs to open what could be the country's next big restaurant concept — Chow's Asian Bistro.
He plans to open the first location this April on Miamisburg-Centerville Road in Washington Township. He also has earmarked two other Dayton-area Chow's locations and already is scouting Cincinnati and Columbus for additional sites that could blossom Chow's into a regional or national chain.
