March 27, 2006
GOLDEN, Colo. — Just in time for spring, the menu at Einstein Bros. Bagels is blossoming with new flavor combinations and meal choices that'll make the warming days "anything but routine."
Einstein Bros., one of the brands under New World Restaurant Group Inc., is introducing several unique, fresh and healthful menu items to satisfy guests with the most ambitious tastes.
The new menu features an expanded offering of top-shelf bagels, breakfast and lunch sandwiches, desserts and a new selection of gourmet teas. Two new top-shelf bagels, the Dutch Apple bagel and the Green Chile bagel, will join the more than 10 varieties of bagels baked fresh every two hours and offered at the chain's 352 locations.
Einstein Bros. is also bringing beef back to its menu. The Steak and Egg Ranchero is a grilled panino omelet sandwich with shaved sirloin, roasted green chilies and pepper jack cheese on ciabatta. The restaurants are also adding steak to the lunch menu with the Cheese Steak Panini, featuring shaved sirloin with roasted garlic horseradish spread, caramelized onions and melted mozzarella and provolone cheese on grilled ciabatta bread.
Also joining the menu are more vegetarian options, including the Spinach, Tomato and Provolone Omelet sandwich. And to match the tastes of the whole family, Einstein Bros. is introducing a Grilled Cheese for adults and one for kids as well, featuring a delicious blend of provolone, cheddar and mozzarella on rustic white bread.
In addition, to serve the most creative appetites, the Einstein Bros.'s menu now offers a "Create Your Own" sandwich listing so guests can mix and match almost anything on the menu to create their very own "anything but routine" sandwich.
