Crisp & Green takes root in Omaha, plans to grow more restaurants

Crisp & Green has opened its second Omaha location in five years at 16902 Wright Plaza. The first Omaha location, at 225 N. 80th St., debuted in 2021.

Franchisee Rontu Inc., based in Omaha, operates both units and is expected to play a role in the region's brand growth.

"Another location is coming to the Omaha metro area this year, and additional locations outside of Omaha are also in the works," co-founder Lily Phillips told Fast Casual.

The company operates 52 corporate-owned and franchise locations across the United States.

"Omaha has proven to be a strong market for our brand, and this second location underscores our confidence in its long-term potential," Steele Smiley, founder and executive chairman of Crisp & Green, said in a press release."As we continue to scale, we're focused on partnering with operators who share our passion for elevating healthy living, and this expansion reflects that shared vision."

Phillips said Nebraska remains a natural fit for the brand given its Midwest roots.

"Nebraska has many growing, active communities, and we're excited to bring healthier dining options to them," she said.
