Chipotle to use more local produce

ABC2News: Chipotle Mexican Grill has pledged to use more in-season local produce at each of its more than 730 stores. The Denver-based chain is purchasing 25 percent of at least one produce item from small and mid-sized farms located within about 200 miles of restaurants. Ann Daniels, Chipotle executive director of purchasing, said the company has 30 to 50 farms on its list so far.Read more
