Paris Baguette and Chicken Salad Chick have announced restaurant openings scheduled within the next 10 days as both brands continue their U.S. expansion efforts.
Paris Baguette, headquartered in Seoul, will open a bakery cafe May 27 at 951 Haddonfield Road in Cherry Hill. Franchisees Ashish Shah and Payal Shah are leading the restaurant's development. The couple has more than 20 years of franchise experience with brands including Subway, Wingstopand Blaze Pizza.
The company said the location will mark its 31st in New Jersey and the first of more than 16 planned units across South Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania, metro Boston and Georgia.
Paris Baguette operates more than 300 bakeries in North America and over 4,000 worldwide. The company plans to expand to 1,000 North American locations by 2030.
Meanwhile, Chicken Salad Chick will continue its South Florida growth with a June 2 opening at 5650 East Highway 100 in Palm Coast. Multi-unit franchisees Darin Melvin and Lyndsey Melvin currently operate seven Chicken Salad Chick restaurants in Florida, including a recently opened location in Lake City.
The Atlanta-based chain has more than 335 restaurants across 22 states and said it plans to continue expanding nationwide.
