Bubbakoo’s Burritos taps Bikky to power data strategy, fuel growth

Bubbakoo's Burritos has partnered with Bikkyto centralize customer data and strengthen its technology as a foundation for growth.

The fast-casual Mexican fusion brand is investing in an improved and accessible information infrastructure to better understand guest behavior, refine menu strategy and support new-market expansion.

Bikky will aggregate and analyze customer data across the system, providing insights into preferences and purchasing patterns, measuring responses to menu changes and layouts, and delivering localized intelligence to aid in decision-making.

The platform will also enhance marketing, operations and franchisee support across company-owned and franchised locations.

"As our brand continues to grow and level up, having the right data behind our decisions is essential," CEO Chris Ives said in a press release.

"Bikky gives us a clearer view of our guests and allows us to turn insights into smarter marketing, stronger franchisee support, and better experiences across the system."

Bubbakoo's Burritos, based in Wall Township, New Jersey, has more than 140 locations across 16 states.
