Bruegger's receives 2007 NRAEF Spirit award

CHICAGO — The National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF), along with Nation's Restaurant News (NRN), have announced the winners of the 2007 Spirit Awards.
The awards program honors restaurant and foodservice companies that have practices and policies in place to enhance guest satisfaction by improving employee satisfaction.
The program, sponsored by The Coca-Cola Company, awards organizations in four categories: Fine Dining, Full Service, On Site and Quick Service.
The 2007 Spirit Awards were presented to the following organizations:
- Fine Dining:Union Square Hospitality Group
- Full Service:Famous Dave's of America
- On Site:Royal Caribbean International
- Quick Service:Bruegger's Enterprises Inc.
The 2007 Spirit Awards winners will be honored at the Multi-Unit Foodservice Operators conference, Sept. 31–Oct. 3, in Los Angeles. Additionally, all winners will be honored at the Spirit Awards & FMP Recognition Breakfast, to be held May 19, 2008, during the 2008 National Restaurant Association Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show in Chicago.
