On Nov. 14, Fast Casual will host a webinar, "Designing customer engagement programs that drive business growth," sponsored by Revel Systems, a provider of a point-of-sale platform that integrates inventory management, employee management, sales reporting and more.

In the webinar, attendees will learn how to implement customer engagement programs that differentiate their business, increase customer satisfaction and drive profitable growth.

Panelists will include Prakash Karamchandani, co-founder of Balance Pan-Asian Grille, a nationally-acclaimed fast-casual Asian fusion multi-unit concept based in Ohio; and Nick Barber, a product manager at Revel Systems responsible for the company's API platform and integrated partner ecosystem.

Karamchandani is a self-proclaimed foodie and technology junkie who has been recognized as a Top 24 Fast Casual Executive and a 20 Under 40 recipient.

Barber has led numerous innovation projects driving adoption of new technologies and defining Revel's role as a leading POS platform. He is also a member of the Restaurant Technology Network's API Workgroup, a coalition of business leaders striving to improve and standardize API integration processes across the industry.
