FastCasual.com, PizzaMarketplace.com and QSRweb.com takes a look back of some video highlights from last month's National Restaurant Association Show at Chicago's McCormick Place.

In the video, JTM Food Group shows off some of its new menu developments, while Coca-Cola's Scott Mulkey calls the company's Vitamin Water one of its biggest innovations.

SCA's Suzanne Cohen shows off its new two-wet wipe system, that replaces the traditional rag/spray table cleaning system.

"The server can have it with them and pull it out when they need to clean the table. They can discreetly, nicely clean the table and throw it away without sprays getting into anyone's food," Cohen said.

Henny Penny's Paul Demczak showcased the company's new pressure fryer system that uses significantly less oil, while Dann Woellert highlight's the company's new combi with a chef's touch operating system, which features a barcode scanner that can call up recipes.
