Nicole Burks is living the American Dream. She started make cheesecakes out of her home with her last few dollars. Eventually, Burks moved her way up to a food truck, which she ran for over a year.

Today, she's got a brick-and-mortar store, Big Nita's Cheesecakes, in Louisville, Kentucky, and you wouldn't believe what kind of sweet treats Burks can dream up: Oreo Chunk Fudge Cheesecake, Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cheesecake, Pecan Pie Stuffed Cheesecake and her famous Banana Pudding Cheesecake.
