A change in season signals new limited-time menu offers. Here is a smattering of LTOs now available at Wingstop, PJ's Coffee, Schlotzky's and Burger 21.
Wingstop
Wingstop has created a new flavor — Brazilian Citrus Pepper, which is available through May 28 at all U.S. Wingstop locations.
Brazilian Citrus Pepper wings are dusted in a bold dry rub bursting with zesty citrus and piri piri peppers, according to a company press release. Compared to other well-known spices, the African-native piri piri (Swahili for “pepper, pepper") is a staple in Brazilian cooking and delivers a slow-burn taste that packs a punch at the end of every bite.
"I'm officially going on record and saying that Brazilian Citrus Pepper is the best limited-time flavor we've ever tossed up here at Wingstop — and my personal favorite," Flynn Dekker, CMO of Wingstop, said in the release. "We're always looking to introduce our fans to new flavor profiles that they may not have tried before, but we're sure they'll love. Brazilian Citrus Pepper is just that; in fact, it was the most successful flavor we've ever tested with our guests. We knew immediately we had to bring this powerhouse dry rub straight to our fans."
PJ's Coffee
For a limited-time only, red velvet cake blend is available at PJ's Coffee. It's a classic gourmet blend of 100 percent Arabica beans, mild cocoa and creamy vanilla frosting flavors, according to a company press release.
Customers can order it hot, iced or as velvet ice, a meld of chocolate and vanilla crème with coffee beans. It's available through April.
Schlotzsky's
Schlotzsky's has created three brisket sandwiches — Traditional, Cuban and Tex-Mex. The addition of brisket sandwiches is inspired by Schlotzsky's Austin heritage, and all are available at Schlotzsky's restaurants nationwide, according to a company press release.
The Traditional Brisket is hickory-smoked brisket with mozzarella, cheddar and Parmesan cheeses, BBQ sauce, sliced dill pickles and red onions. It's served on a toasted sourdough bun.
The Cuban Brisketis hickory-smoked brisket with ham, Swiss cheese, BBQ sauce, Dijon mustard and sliced dill pickles, served on a jalapeño cheese bun.
The Tex-Mex Brisket is hickory-smoked brisket with queso fresco, cheddar cheese, salsa verde, roasted red peppers, pickled jalapeños, lettuce and chipotle mayonnaise, served on a jalapeño cheese bun.
"Our new brisket sandwiches reflect Schlotzsky's commitment to bold flavors and fresh ingredients, but also bring something entirely new and exciting to our sandwich menu," said Schlotzsky's President Kelly Roddy. "We know our customers are looking to be more adventurous with their food and as a Texas staple, brisket gives us a unique opportunity to create new menu items with flavors that tie back to our Austin roots."
Burger 21
Burger 21 has created two new shakes and has made three of its previous LTO burgers permanent menu additions.
They include:

"Our guests spoke, we listened, and now they can experience these favorite flavors whenever they want because they're the ones behind this refreshed menu."
Customers who visit between March 13-17 and scan their loyalty receipt on the B21 Loyalty App will earn a free signature shake, according to the release.
