Wingstop hires on new general counsel, secretary and SVP

Wingstop Inc has tapped restaurant veteran, Darryl Marsch, as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary.

Prior to joining Wingstop, Marsch held the role of general counsel and secretary for Krispy Kreme Doughnuts and was responsible for expanding the brand into over 25 countries, as well as most recently serving as an in-house lawyer at R.J. Reynolds, in D.C., according to a release.

"Darryl has a proven track record of successful leadership within our sector and will play a strategic role in positioning Wingstop to continue delivering outstanding results for our franchisees and stockholders," said Charlie Morrison, president and CEO of Wingstop, in a release.
