Dallas-based Which Wich is boosting its U.K. expansion through a multi-unit franchise agreement with multi-unit franchisee Reza Hassanadeh.
The deal is part of a broader U.K. growth strategy that targets regional clusters and locking in high-footfall sites, including high streets, transport hubs and retail destinations. The Dallas-based company operates in Wales at St. David's Shopping Centre and has a location slated for Central Square.
In addition to in-store traffic, the units are expected to bolster the brand's catering business, where demand from corporate clients and large organizations across the city is on the rise.
Which Wich has also inked franchise agreements in Edinburgh and Glasgow, Scotland, with additional locations planned for Bristol and Swansea.
"This is an exciting moment for Which Wich in the U.K. as we continue to build momentum across multiple regions," Rami Awada, the brand's U.K. master franchisee, said in a release. "From strong performance in London to our expansion into Wales and upcoming launches in Scotland and the South West, we're seeing strong demand for a high-quality, customizable offer."
Which Wich operates over 300 locations worldwide.
