Which Wich names president

Ric Scicchitano, former EVP of food and supply chain for Corner Bakery Cafe, has joined the leadership team at Which Wich as president.

Founder Jeff Sinelli, however, will continue at the helm as chief vibe officer. Scicchitano said his focus will be on growing the Dallas-based brand founded in 2003.

"I'm excited to focus on growth, as well as the continued success of our current franchisees," said the self-described food guy. "I intend to double down on food and menu innovation."

Scicchitano, who trained at the Culinary Institute of America, said he was attracted to Which Wich because the "heart of the brand is superior food. And I believe good food wins every time."

His top priorities include helping the brand refine and innovate its core menu and catering program.

"I believe people's palates all across the country continue to evolve and Which Wich is in a perfect position to offer the most unique, craveable and fan fanatic-worthy offerings," he said.

He'll do that by working closely with Sinelli. 

"Honestly, I love that Jeff Sinelli has a founder footprint on the brand," he said. "His entrepreneurial tactics are very appealing to me because it allows us all to be very nimble and go where the puck is headed. We’ve got a lot cooking over here… stay tuned for some great surprises."

Which Wich has more than 400 units in 39 states and 10 countries.
