Umami Burger partners with Medeiros to launch in Japan

Umami Burger is joining Japanese company, Medeiros Holdings Co., Ltd., to launch 10 licensed locations in Japan in the next five years. The first location isTokyo, which will debut later this year.

Umami opened a new Santa Monica, California location, at 525 Broadway. Additionally, the company is planning to launch its second Chicago location at 945 West Randolph Street this year.
