Sushi bar How Do You Roll? opening in San Antonio

The San Antonio Business Journal reports that Austin-based maki sushi bar How Do You Roll? will open in San Antonio this spring.

The company is in its second year. There are currently three How Do You Roll? locations in the Austin area. The company is also planning a new store this spring in the Houston market, with long-term plans for 65 locations nationally within the next eight years.
