Starbucks in India trademark dispute

Stuff.com: Starbucks is voicing concerns with the government of India over an Indian businesswoman's plans to open a chain of coffee shops called Starstrucks in that country.

Starbucks is awaiting permission from the Indian government to begin opening its own coffee shops there.
